I have successfully defended (June 17, 2026) my PhD in Applied Mathematics at the University of Arizona. I am interested in probabilistic graphical model applications to computational neuroscience. For my dissertation, I investigated causal discovery techniques to extract effective connectivity in neurons under the implication of hippocampal replay.
